Hello there we understand your feeling and your condition too but this is sad that you had too face this condition in such a young age. We thank you for sharing your diagnosis with us. But you need to know that RHD is such kind of disease that whodunit effected by staph aureus bacteria. It affects in heart valves and make hard. Thus leading to regurgitation. The surgery would be valve replacement obviously. It is risky to continue with pregnancy but there no other way because your fetus is viable now and you need to continue it. There would be.some complications while delivery just do.not panic leave everything to doctors and have trust In them. Everything will go on well. I advanced my congratulate you for becoming a mother. Thank you
