Chest problems
Last 6 months I have been having a really bad dull ache all around my chest got a xray and bloods done doctors said all normal my last appointment was about 4 months ago but no change at all if anything it's now getting worse very concerned

Cardiac pain is rarely static. They usually evolve and worsen. A muscular pain is dull aching in character and can be prolonged without much change in character.
