Dull pain in left side chest above breas
I got my wisdom tooth extracted yesterday and after that since evening I hv very dull pain in left side chest above the breast near armpit. I also hv weird dull feeling in left arm. Also, while taking shower I noticed 2 vein like emergence on my chest for 2 seconds and then they disappeared. I have a history of GERD too...

Any posture related pain is possible, especially after dental procedure, dull aching pain non exertional is usually noncardiac . The Veins that appear maybe normal but if this is a new finding kindly get it evaluated by doctor.
