Left side chest Pain from 6 months. Me.

I am getting left side chest pain from last 6 months ... I have done echo Threadmill and ECG which was normal... But still I get a lot chest pain in my left part of my chest... Its some time radiating and stabbing type pain... My cholesterol vldl was 40.. recently I got covid and recovered and during that my d dimer was little high .. during that time I took some anticoagulant wherein the pain was less.. but post 1 month again this left side chest pain is coming.. this is a pain coming for me from last 6 months. I am unable to understand and went to all doctors.. chest X ray and CT was also normal... But this pain usually comes lasts for 1-3 min and goes off... I do daily walking and batmitton during which I don't get pain but I have obstructive sleep apnea and I use auto CPAP... Sometimes my chest gets pressed like type .. please help me..
