Constant dull ache in chest
Having constant dull ache in centre of chest since last night till now , it burned and increased for a while and then decreased , no other body parts aching , there's no pressure or tightness ,my chest is free.
It shifted from centre to upper abdomen and it's back to centre again..it's like a small area of pain like a dot or slight bigger. is there anything of immediate concern ?

Hi, the way you describe the pain it comes across as a non cardiac pain. However if the pain persists and causing you lot of discomfort get a few tests. Mostly this seems to be non cardiac and there is no immediate concern
