Can a constant dull chest pain lasting for more than 10 days be related to heart? Or can it be something else?

It's the Type of pain, Location, Associated symptoms and Comorbid illness in addition to relevant findings in tests which help us to diagnose heart problem. Duration of the pain is one among them.
