I had fever in that i did ecg it was sinus rhythm with sinus arrhythmia then again i did ecg on second day it was normal. Should i worry about it?

I was diagnosed with periocarditis about 6 weeks ago which caused chest pain and palpitations. I think it has cleared up however I have been aware for some time that when I exercise my heart literally thumps so hard I can hear it with my mouth open, very loud. I checked my blood pressure after moderate exercise and my diastolic value rose to 147, is this dangerous and should I be concerned...??

My body weight is 87kg and height 5.10ft. I have been experiencing little chest pain and discomfort in left side, accompanied with vibration in body parts at random places. Sometimes there are chills/cold feeling on shoulder,legs and neck. Few times my left hand feels hot. These things happens after every 2-3 months. I have done ECG & Lipid profile test twice in 6months but it's normal. It feels like am about to have heart attack every night and I stay fearful. Also I feel something suddenly flowing in my chest and stomach. I did have history of Anxiety problems and had treatment 2 years ago. Please let me know what is it. Attached image is my lipid profile test 6 months back. Do I need to do it again now?

Hi.my mother is a heart patient she has blockage but number of blockage we don't know because we didn't do angiography yet she is taking razel gold tablet as doctor prescribed since 3 months but yesterday she felt fever and body pain and headache so can I use crocin tablet as it's a paracetamol is it safe to use ?? Please reply as soon as possible sir/ ma'am...

2 days ago, my heart started to having abnormal rhythmical changes. Every 9th or 10th beat, the heart has a more accentuated, elevated beat that forces itself out and I can feel it in my chest. It hasn't stopped since.. please help

My mother is taking Razel CV20 tablet from July 2017, prior to that she used to take Ecosprin but the doctor changed it to Razel CV. She is diabetic also but the sugar levels are within range for last few years. Sometimes her hands and feet become cold, and she feels weakness.. but becomes normal again after taking 1-2 days rest. These symptoms were not present when she used to take ecosprin. Apart from this, she has no other issue and all her tests are normal. Two of her elder brothers died of sudden stroke around the age of 65-67. These events also have a huge impact on her and produce similar symptoms(hands and feet getting cold, headache etc.,). Can there be any serious condition hidden behind these symptoms? Is it safe to take this medicine? She had high blood pressure before but for last 4-5 years she is normal. High blood pressure, diabetes and stroke runs in her family.

Since 7 years I am using diabetics medicine and 1.5years back diagnosis as thyroid. All under control. In aug 17 gone for heart test 2deco; thread mill and ECG. Nothing traced out as heart problem. But dr suggest for colopidogrel tab. But six months back gas problem started and used Pentop medicine and almost 80% gas problem reduced. My question is that above medicine is caused for gastric? And right leg foot in between fingers there's is swell and  if heart problem is this?
