Heart Problems & Remedies

I can feel my heart pounding heavily. After meals the pounding is more intense. My BP before meals is normal but after having food it goes upto 130. Is this due to some vitamin deficiencies?

I’ve noticed I get scared way more easily with noises I hear, like when it has to do with construction, dogs barking, loud music etc. before I wouldn’t get frightened as much and now it has gotten worse to when I do my heart beats fast and I feel pressure on my chest. (I have anxiety/acid reflux) what should I do? Is it normal? Or dangerous?

My mother is sixty years old she feels needl pain in her blood after sometime it feels like she is loosing heart i got her ecg as well as other blood test everything is normal.she was suffered from alergy in the form of red spots on the hand and then scabing some years earlier but now it is under controll it happens very rare now.she has also swelling in her stomach which doesn't allow her to take alopathic medicine even a disprin causes in swelling. tell me please to whom i should checked her

My FIL has high blood pressure problem and he was advised medication for that to continue. However he stopped after his pressure was under control. Its been over a 6 months now. Today out of sudden his pressure was 150.

Hi I have done ECG ITS SHOWING BIRDER LINE ECG THEN I HAVE GONE THROUGH LIPID PROFILE TEST IN LDL IN HIGHER SIDE

Recently I have undergone 2D ECHO Cardiogram results are MVP with Trivial MR and my EF 60% is this symptoms are very dangerous.

I have a rbbb with synoscope ..is the synoscope due to rbbb or due to my old spondolitis

3-4 months back, I was diagnosed with High BP. I did lipid profile n found triglyceride was 221 n rest of the components were under higher limits. I changed my fooding habit n started having fruits, salads n less oil n less  salty food n also started home remedy like raw garlic, lekin water, Fenoogreek seed water etc. I lost around 4 kg weight. I thought, my lipid will be normal now. But yesterday, I did a lipid profile again n found shocking readings. S cholesterol is 348, ldl was 277. I have also started doing regular walk. My bp reading g is above 160. Plz suggest what should I do?
