I m 28 yrs old having chest pain arm pain shortness of breath tmt echo ecg blood work normal but still having pain

I've been experiencing that my heartbeats is faster than before and I become more sleepy

My name is adithya. Age 31 years my bp 140/90 since 1 year... Sugar Fbs 120-130 ppbs 140-160 since 6 months... My last lipid profile test trygridias 301, hdl 39 , Ldl 107, cholesterol 226, last month ecg normal.. Eco test, TMT test, Chest X-ray, are normal... But I have left hand full pain after walking... What is the problem for me.. Plz suggest me

My father is advices for angiography ... My father is bp and sugar patient .He is very scared about test. Is angiography painful? If my father got scared during test so can it create big problem for him as he is bp patient ?

My mother is suffering from mitral stenosis heart condition. She is under follow medication: Eliquis, Claptin SR 120, Dytor Recently she started coughing , running nose and fever. I thought this could be a viral infection so took her to doctor.Doctor did her ecg and said that it was fine and prescribed one cough syrup called Alex. It is also a decongestant . Decongestant should be avoided in heart patients . Previously she has been taking Grilinctus, do I give her this syrup.

Hello Doc, I was detected with mild mitral valve regurgitation/proplase in 2010/11. I took medication and all necessary steps to get it treated in couple of years and then followed up once to check in 2014. Doctor told me that I am completely fine and there is no need to worry about this in future. Is consultation necessary anymo

I had pre employment medical check , the person who took the ECG told me that i have a abnormal ECG , he retook it again and gave the report saying its not a big deal. IM 25 and i have never visited a doctor in my entire life for any kind of illness. is it a really big problem.

A woman in her sixties diagnosed with 2 valve blockages in heart and a lung infection due to taht. She has been advised on removing the infection from lungs first and then undergoing surgery regarding the blocked valves. Her blood pressure keeps on dropping and increasing. She was earlier diagnosed with blood cancer too . P.s. I know it's not appropriate information about her exact condition but I sincerely need a second opinion.

My father gone through TMT test. He got 3.52 Mits and doctor has not suggested the angiography. should we go this or not.
