Hypertensive Medicine need adjusting
I believe my Hypertension Meds needs to be adjusted or eliminate. I been on meds for the last year. I’m a 53 y/o female who is very active, golf professional and recreational tennis player. For the last three months I tried lifestyle modifications along with the medicine to drop 15 lbs. I now weigh 147 pounds. I take my pressure a minimum of twice a day. I’m starting to feel light head right after exercising, pressure today 96/60 pulse 62. My Doc is 4 states away. Do you think I am correct?

Blood pressure is low as you are loosing weight. That is very good. You can reduce your blood pressure medicine to half & if necessary slowly stop.
