Chest pain around my sternum and center of my back, cold sweats and heat waves acutley, pain in left side of breast while walking. Theres no way a hangover has lasted for 3 days after, with chest pain. Should i be worried ?

Having discomfort and mild.pain in left chest area since morning .. also have gastritis ...not sure if the chest pain is due to gas or is it anything to worry for heart .. kindly suggest what to watch out for if it's related to heart .

My heartbeat increase suddenly with excisve acidity.Ecg and echo test done and find normal. it is happened mostly in night time after sleep
