My father was complaining of some chest pain and he tested Strongly positive TMT at 7 METS and inductive inschemia at moderate workload. I am very worried plz suggest what it means

I am feeling pain in my chest while stretching and taking deep breath. The pain is coming and going.

I'm healthy 54 yr old female one recent bout afib self corrected. now echo shows I have leaky aortic valve is mild with regurg.. is this bad. how serious is this?

My girl daughter 98 days old heart hole 3.2mm PDA disease. so operation done , not a open surgery so my question is future my baby any health problem can be made  pls kindly reply to me sir Thanking you.

I am sorry i missed to attach the ECG report. As mentioned before my father had acute pain in his left chest which was unbearable. Next day the pain shifted to the back left side near shoulder. He was taking the attached set of medicines as per advised by doctor. He is in bhagalpur, bihar and no proper facilities in bgp. Doctor advised for ecg. Could you also have a look please?

Sinus rhythm, incomplete right bundle branch block. I have no chest pain though but in my lipid profile test the HDL Cholesterol is 30 mg/dl

I take Dilzem CD 120 everyday at 11:00 am for hypertension. Today, I was not sure if I took it or not, so to avoid a double dose didn't take it in the morning. Now my bp is showing 142/99. Should I take a capsule of Dilzem CD 120 in the night so that my bp further doesn't go up or can I take my Mom's medicine Replace 50 for the night. please advise.

I have been having following symptoms for 3 days. Chest heaviness, right eye pain, right arm pain, dizziness, and exhaustion. Went to ER and blood pressure was 127/70. Ran ekg, labs, chest xray. Results deemed not alarming. Troponin T level was 0.01. Discharged with chest wall pain. Still having symptoms. Is it possible they missed something? Female 32 years old.

Having high BP 155/ 105, taking tab inzit 4 mg once daily with doc advice, 10 days now, still same results. Parents both mother, father have high BP. Software professional, sitting job. Do I need to continue medicine foreever now? Any other means maybe lifestyle improvement can help keep BP low? without medicines?
