My father has recently undergone a TMT result in stage 2 the METS is 7 and bp is 160/80. And the result has come out to be positive. Is there anything to be worried based on this result sir? Please suggest us on this issue

Im 32 yr old , i do not have any health problem other than vitamin d deficiency and anxiety disorder and sleep issues. Recently a prevenntive blood test shows homocysteine level of 41.1 umol/Litre. Should i go for any further tests or what is the course of action required ?

I have been having chest discomfort for the past few days (4-5). I feel tightness/pressure on the left side of my chest, & sometimes I swear that it’s coming from my heart and I can feel it beating. There’s no sharp pains, just this constast discomfort that won’t go away. I think it’s important to note that I am currently going through some tough moments (grandma is terminally ill and expected to pass at any moment), and I am a 19 year old female. Hello, about a year ago I noticed a hard mass on my thigh (left leg). It's hard and doesn't move around when I touch it. I did have a pain in that part of my thigh that comes and goes , my ultrasound shows that i need to do a biopsy but the doctor told me that he suggest to remove it and then send it for analysis. it is safe remove this mass without a biopsy ?
