I feel mild giddiness and sometimes feel like my head shaking to pulse. Checked my blood pressure and it is in the range of 130/140 to 85/90. And I consulted a cardiologist and took ECG, ECHO the results came out normal. I lost my father recently, so the doctor said it can be of anxiety.
