Having heart palpitations from a week and slight tightness in chest. Occasional pain in left arm. Able to exercise and run normally. Started ashwagandha for stress relief about two weeks ago along with tribulus terrestris, but stopped once palpitations started. Palpitations have reduce but not come normalizes. Planet suggest. I’m 17 year old boy Someone slapped my chest very fast and hard I felt weird inside my chest like I exhaled feeling but I wasn’t I can’t explained for 1 minute can this interfere and affect my heart. Can the slap go from chest then rib then to the heart and interfere with my heart and damage it or have any possible connection during the slap with my heart cause the slap was fast and hard right to the middle of my chest

I am aged 37 male. I am diabetic and now had checked my HBA1C is 6.3 and lng is 134. I am facing a typical problem my heart rate is suddenly going up and I feel palpitations and suddenly feel shortness of breath. I consulted doctor and he asked me to stop usage of Sugar tablets. My blood pressure is 140/90. If I am at rest i don't feel palpitations but if I get up and walk suddenly i feel them. Also i am having nerveous weakness at my legs and hands. Have pinching chest pains, squeezing. Heart rate ranges from 80 to 120.palpitations. The pain happens more in afternoon after meal. But also in evenings. Especially when thinking about something. Even small thoughts cause increase  in heart rate. Slows down after sometime Had multiple ecg ,tmt and echo.all normal till now. Sinus tachycardia is there . I don't  smoke or drink. But having lot of anxiety and fearful thoughts. My cholesterol is 240 and bp is 130/90. Sugar levels are almost normal. Weight is 70 kgs for 5.5" height. I don't eat meat and consume very light veg South rice diet. Why is my chest pain? My chest feels like geyser like hot. It's very disturbing and giving me social complex. I am not married and don't have social life.

My homocysteine level in 65. My age is 28. And i m doin daily excerise walkin 1hr. And takin fruits juice also. What should i take in my diet to low my homocysteine level. I had strted taken folvite mg5 tablet.
