Hi In latest echo report of my dad we found 32% heart blockage ... What to do now?

I have anxiety and accidity problem so whenever it happens i will get worry of heart attacks as i see nowdays without any age factor it happens with young geberation also so how do i makw suere i dont have any issues with releated to heart.

I have fear of heart attack from last 1 year i have done 5 ecg and 1 eco 2d all reports are normal pls help me

I have pain in chest last 9month but all reports are normal i did all checkup doctors say that u have posture prblm muscle pain. And i was okay also in between . And then in these time period my bo get high and startd headache continuesly. So doc told me to test homocysteine level and after that reports came . Homocysteine is now 65. And i m taking medicine also folvit tablet. I want to know that is there any dangersous for me be cause of homocysteine. And how it will be reduce.
