Daughter not doing well
My 10 year old daughter has been feeling fatigued along with a shortness in breath while resting. She is kind of short for her height as well. High Blood Pressure
I am 28 years old, I weight 210 and I have had high blood pressure in hypertension stage one or two for over 5 years. What are my options, I have been watching my sodium levels, I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and am starting to exercise again, is there any other options besides meds?

2 blockages : Angioplasty or Medication
My father has 2 blockages (95% & 85%) in his heart. Can he survive on medication or he needs an Angioplasty with stents?
If he undergoes an Angioplasty, is there any chance of blockage again in another place of artery?
