My trigliceride 1900, cholesterol 200, Ldl cholesterol 65, hdl 16,tsh 2.31, acidity prblem

From which test we can check that mechanical valve is working properly. Please assist on this.

My heart rate has been fluctuating from 54 to 131. I am an otherwise healthy 19 year old.

I have a small sharp feeling in my chest when I'm laying down but it doesn't hurt to breathe?

I have been having this pain in the chest about a year ago it was treated with pylokit.now it has resurfaced. The pain seems to be made worse when I breathe in. Or turn my waist to the right. When I go to sleep I feel more comfortable when sleeping on the right side. Surprisingly my wife also has a similar problem. Been treated the same way. And within the same time it has also come back she told me.

I just underwent adrenalectomy removing my left adrenal and a large tumor last Jan 6. I found out that I breathe very deeply and my heart beats faster than usual. Heart beat is now between 86-95. Is this the result of the surgery since it has been only more than a week since my surgery. I also felt I tire easily after a few walks. Does this have some relation to the fact that I only have one adrenal left in my body now? Or is it that my body is still in stress and recovering?
