Hello sir my mother heart problem so please see report and give me a solution

My father has undergone bypass surgery in Feb 2015,but from 2/3 months his having piles problem due to that his himoglobin count decreases to 4.2 so we hospitalized him and after that he is feeling better. But now he is again not feeling better having urine problem at night, sometimes he is talking continuously and not sleeping as well. I want an expert advise on this!

Hello Doctor. On the 10 of this month.i went to Kolkata for my admission. I played badminton and was running around the court and I had chest pain the next day it lasted for a few days. I will have to check up again this coming month.

Hi gud mng , Myself sunny (28 years old) i I was suffered from dengue in month of October and my platelet count was 80000. After that on 11 Nov I was normal and platelet count was 250000 . After 1 day there was pain in my stomach , backand chest.I consulted to the doctor and he told me that this is gastric problem .From due to my chest pain I did ecg 5 to 6 times and echo also .both are normal . But chest pain stomach pain and back pain is continue . So plz suggest why this pain is going on.
