Heart Problems & Remedies

I have been experiencing left under arm pain for the last two months. It usually comes in the evening and goes off by itself. It's precisely in the lower arm. Not radiating to upper arm or neck. No chest pain. I checked up with my doctor. He did ECG. It was normal. However blood checkup showed high cholesterol. Total cholesterol was 230. HDL was 39. My BP was 130/90. He gave some pain killers for a week. He has asked me to do some exercises and follow balanced diet and asked to come after a month. It was okay for a week. Now again the pain started. It's bearable. I can feel it but do all activities. What to do? I'm more worried now.

I have palpitation in heart and throat frequently only at the time of afternoon sleep is it harmfull pls guide me

My uncle is a hear patient like he is being treated for heart blockage Now a days he is getting hiccups constantly Even in a minimum diet He is having boiled papaya and other boiled foods Due to constant hiccups his health is becoming worse How can he get rid off this hiccups

Doctor has recommended below test for me:- ANA [IF] Lupus anticoagulants Anti B2 Glycoprotein IG II Anti Cardiolipin AB we have gone thru these test 12-13 months before. Does these reports still valid? Does the value of these test changes every year? for long these test results are valid?

I have high blood pressure(no medications) and recently started having heart palpitations(it has subsided) but I do feel light headed every now and then, constant ringing in ears, heart feels like it is pounding hard, do get nervous, etc.Have done EKG, ultrasound, and XRay for my heart and doctors say everything seems normal. Is there something they cannot see? Is it anxiety?

I am diabetic from 30 years and have heart issues from 15 years. Had bypass done in 2010. Now, lvef is 25%. Now, if I walk 50-100 metres, I feel breathless and after motion or urine, again feel breathlessness. Is it related to any kidney issues? And also pls suggest can angiography and angioplasty can happen without any risks? Answers appreciated... Recently, was admitted due to fluid retention in lungs. In 15 days after discharge, I feel same breathlessness and eructations-burps start continue for 15-20 mins. Kindly let me know is this a heart block or kidney issues?

Hi Doctor, good morning. Myself a 25 year old male, am feeling from last few months that may be i have some problem with my heart or i hv developed hypertension. Few symptoms i am experiencing are:- stiff neck muscles from 3 months, pain in heart area from last month when i am getting tensed, trouble in sleeping, confused, slurred speech, easily getting irritated, dry mouth, feeling hot red ears in ac, cough in mouth all the time specially in the morning after i wake up...I also feel shortness of breath sometimes while I am talking or walking or lying straight in bed. i hv stiff muscles in lumbar region also, for which i hv to twist on bend and pop them to get relieved. I hv orthopaedic problem also. Before 1 year, my Vit d was 25 iu and Uric acid 7.0. Are these happening due to anxiety or some heart problem? I have attached my recent full body blood test report. Brown/black spot on my lower leg and these marks are increasing. No itching, No sweling but these marks are increasing.

I am 39 years old Male,taking medication for Hypertension since 8 years..,Right now , I am taking tablets Metoprolol 50 mg & Atorvastatin 10 mg. I already reduced salt intake considerably and still the pressure is remaining at 150/110. Please advise me what I need to take further to bring down to the Normal..,
