Hello one year back my mom was suffering from breathing prblm and I took her to near by hospital and doctor did Ecg 2d eco all heart related diogonosis but reports saying there is no prblm with heart. Again they continue the diagnosis and they found there will be hypothyroidism and they suggested a tablet for her but also they have suggested her to take prolomet xl 50 mg tablet. What is the nessesity of taking this tablet ? Shall we stop this tablet elimmediately.

25 year old with a sedentary lifestyle and too much travel. Experiencing Palpitaitons, Giddiness, near fainting spells since 30 days along with dyspnea. Have consulted Neuro, Cardio. MRI (Brain), ECG, TMT, Electrolytes, Vitamins, Thyroid all normal. Holter says 3rd grade ven.ectopic (640). Cardio suggest the reason to be Anxiety and Hypertension. BP is usually above borderline (130+/85+). Planning to visit ENT and Endocrinologist to rule out Ear infection and Pheo. Is this normal or am I becoming a hypochondriac?

I am a 23 yr old male experiencing central and left sided dull chest pain since quite a few months though the pain is not severe. I feel discomfort on the left side and pain usually radiates to the left side of the back. I am always feeling tired and sleepy and upon climbing 5 floors of stairs i have fast heavy breathing.

I get tired easily, and I have a higher than normal heart rate. Whenever I stand up I can get lightheaded and my vision goes dark for a few seconds. This doesn't happen every time but quite often. My heart rate can go up to 130+ just by walking to the kitchen to grab my phone. Sometimes I lie down and my resting heart rate is 90-100ish. I'm pretty healthy overall, no complaints other than that. I walk to work, I'm fit with a low BMI, low blood pressure, low cholesterol, etc.

I have some problem of heart burn or chest pain am confused I think I have a ulcer so I want to be soleve this issue

Hey, I've been having chest pains a lot and I can't tell if its my heart. Its happened before and I assumed it was anxiety, but its been happening a lot lately and lasts longer. I usually have pain in my upper back when it happens, and once in my left arm. I'm 25, female, fairly active, former smoker, Consistently sleep deprived and stressed, a lot of muscle tension, a lot of anxiety, and I drink too much. I also have gum disease and there is a history of heart failure in the family

Sir I am satisfied with your answer.Sir after high palpitations when heart starts normally functioning I am facing problem related to digestion that includes my body becomes cool, digestion problem and certain amount of gas from stomach to heart. Sir I want to know is this problem related to heart also or not.What you are advising as a treatment.

I have pinching chest pains, squeezing. Heart rate ranges from 80 to 120.palpitations. The pain happens more in afternoon after meal. But also in evenings. Especially when thinking about something. Even small thoughts cause increase  in heart rate. Slows down after sometime Had multiple ecg ,tmt and echo.all normal till now. Sinus tachycardia is there . I don't smoke or drink. But having lot of anxiety and fearful thoughts. My cholesterol is 240 and bp is 130/90. Sugar levels are almost normal. Weight is 70 kgs for 5.5" height. I don't eat meat and consume very light veg South rice diet. Why is my chest pain? My chest feels like geyser like hot. It's very disturbing and giving me social complex. I am not married and don't have social life.
