Somethimes i feel like i cant breathe and my heart beeps like i have been running a marathone and all i do its seat..

My problem triglycerides is high 234 mg/DLand HBP 140/100, 145/90, 140/90 130/80 so pls advise me.

I've never realized the severity of my anxiety until now. I have asthma so when yesterday I started having trouble breathing, I immediately reported to my inhaler. My family heart history is very poor so when my heart started beating out of my chest I blamed it on that. Out of curiosity I took a heart rate test. At rest, lying down it was at 220 bpm. I brushed it of as a misread and tried once more- 223 bpm. I freaked out some more,each time raising. Maxing out at 227. Is this normal?

Dear Doctor, As part of pre employment Medical exam.... I have undergone ECG.... The ECG showed up a heart rate of 117. I normally get very curious when the doctor is conducting any test on me. Apart from the high heart beat the ECG was said to be normal by doctor.... I underwent 2D Echo and it came out normal and even undergone 24 Holter Monitor test and the report was evaluated by an ElectroPhysiologist and was told that it was Normal.... I sometimes have very mild discomfort around my ribs on the left side of the chest... The discomfort stays for less than a minute and normally goes away after drinking water. .Is there any problem?

I have light pain in the chest. But when I long breath that pain goes away.. Which symptoms are these? This is happening from last 5-6 days. Please help

What is the problem for me.. Plz suggest me

My father is advices for angiography ... My father is bp and sugar patient .He is very scared about test. Is angiography painful? If my father got scared during test so can it create big problem for him as he is bp patient ?
