Have had light heart “flutters” in my chest off and on for a while, today I was in class and my heart starting beating very hard, and off beat. I started to feel light headed so I sat down and tried to calm my breathing, as I thought maybe it was just something with anxiety, but then it started to pound even harder and more sporadic, now right in the middle of my sternum feels tight and almost sore. I’ve never seen a doctor about this problem because my parents don’t believe when I feel flutters

I constantly feel something in my heart everytime at night whenever i go to sleep. It's like i have to breathe forcefully and my heart beats very slowly. The pulse rate is normal but it's a bit hard to hear the beatings and i kinda feel as if i'am fearful

Below are the values in his latest report : Cholesterol - 215 mg/dL Triglycerides - 158 mg/dL HDL Cholesterol - 42 mg/dL Direct LDL Cholesterol - 154 mg/dL Non HDL Cholesterol - 173 mg/dL CHOL/HDL ratio - 5.1 LDL/HDL ratio - 3.7 Very Low Density Lipoprotein - 31.6 mg/dL He just wants to know how badly his heart will be affected by having such cholesterol levels continuously for 2 years. What are the chances that plaque has been deposited in his arteries resulting in blockage? And which tests should he go for to detect arterial blockage?

Echo test detected dcmp with moderate systolic and grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, moderate pulmonary htn, mild AR and MR , age is 78 years , guidance required.

I had chest pain one week ago and then 2 days ago and this morning. I have severe gas problem as one week ago i forgot to have break fast and lunch. After that incident only i had this chest pain problems. Now i have done Troponin I serum ELFA test and redult is 44.60 ng/l. Is this okay or do i need medication? Pls. Help.
