Hi Doctor My father aged 60-65! Two weeks back his heart beat went very very low so the doctors implanted pace maker in emergency He has 2 blockages in heart, one with 95% other with 99%. For this Doctors are now suggesting a bypass surgery but the problem is that his creatinine level is not normal, it's 2.58 So doctors say it's dangerous to do bypass surgery with a faulty kidney PleAse suggest Also please help in preparing diet plan benefiting for the heart and kidney

I felt totally spaced out after smoking hashish. It's still in my veins, and not filtering out. I don't know what's up. I feel it in my veins, like, they're subtly aching. I'm not being myself, and I seem to have lost some focus. Could it be renal failure? I'm really flustered. I feel weak, in general. It's been over 16 hours since I smoked up. Can marijuana cause renal failure? I'm experiencing shortness of breath, sleeplessness, and too-frequent urine, too. Help.

Age 35, weight 70, height 5'7, BP 130/80 Sugar 88 Attached my 2016 Lipid profile report and 2018 report change shows reduced Triglycerides and increase in LDL please check the reports, taking Lipikind F which is Atorvastatin 10 + Fenofibrate 160 mg from more then 1 year also controlling diet and taking morning brisk walk, also fatty liver was detected when done sonography for kidney stone please suggest the next step and medication which can be added or changed to reduce LDL cholesterol and fatty liver how long the same medicine should be continued

Repeated anxiety issue with hypertension. Mind is always full with heaviness due to multiple anxiety hits.

19 and due for an ECG in the next week or 2. I have experienced palpitations for the past year ie; the awareness of ectopic beats. They are quite frequent can have my day ruined from being breathless or feeling strange. I had bloods last March and everything was fine. I must add, that I suffer from anxiety and I don’t know if my awareness may trigger the side effects. The palps definitely exist but I worry they are not benign. pattern is usually beat beat beat *pause* beat beat. Rhythm 60-100.

Hello. Is it ok if i have heart pain whenever i watch scary movies or whenever i exercise? Sometimes i also have shortness of breath.
