Heart Problems & Remedies

Hi i had a master healthcheckup recently and my Vit D levels looks insufficient also Serum Iron levels are nearby benchmark.Readings as below (Please suggest any natural way(Nutrition) + adding any medicinal  usages for this deficiency to be sorted) Also been facing severe back pain also sometimes which is not very frequent. Blood Pressure levels are 140/85 (Ecg and tmt reports are normal) Vit D = 12 mg/ml (Insuffucient) Vit B12 = 432 Serum Iron = 52 (micrograms/dl) serum uric acid = 8.0 Serum Globulin = 3.7 Serum albumin/Globulin = 1.35 Can you suggest what possible ways can the above deficiency be treated with a combination of nutritious foods and medicines to add if any. TIA

Yesterday night when I trying to sleep  my heartbeat increases and I got nervous after dat I don't sleep at all.

My father is sufferings from Atrial Fibrillation problem for last 6 yrs. Last month I consulted doctor and adviced to take Eliquis 5mg. He is taking medicine fir last one month. Now he has a query that whether he can leave the medicine himself or with doctor's consultation. Regards Shitanshu Kumar

HbA1C- Glycated Haemoglobin, blo od by HPLC method HbA1C- Glycated Haemoglobin - Observed value 5.9 Glucose fasting(Plasma-F,Hexokinase) - Observed value 109 Triglycerides level- Observed value 210 HDL Cholesterol- Observed value -35 VLDL Cholesterol- Observed value-42 HbA1C- Glycated Haemoglobin (HPLC)-. Pro bnp 463.3 2d echo : thin rim of Pericardial effusion, LVEF 60cent @rest, no clots or vegetation, Type 1 diastolic dysfunction, PASP =20mmhg. He is having brethelessnss and chest pain in between.  Does he require CAG?

My age is 32 years no smoker and no sugar problem, double artery disease one is stented 3 months ago PCI done in my right coronery artery and i feel some pain in left lower side of chest, consult with Dr and conduct TMT which is minor positive Dr suggest to do again angiography . can any one guide me what need to do in this term.

My father has degenerated heart valve. He has been advised blood thinners. He has been on this for 6months. Now he is experiencing blood in urine. Is it due to blood thinners? Any other causes?
