Patient age 61 with Normal LV function, EF 60%, no RWMA, MR trivial , Grade 1 LV diastolic dysfunction, concentric LVH no other changes in valves, No clot/vegetation/pericardial effusion , chamber dimensions are normal ,. stress TMT showed no arrythmia No Chest pain , Normal HR and BP response, significant St changes in leads II, III, AVf, V4-V6 ,

I have suffering from chest pain, specially during coughing... Ecg v1 v3 abnormal, 102bpm heartrate.... I am a chronic smoker from 30 yrs ... Please suggest what to do

Hi doctor, when I sleep on my back in straight position at night, I feel jerk/bounce in middle of chest. And sometimes light pain in lest chest. Does this symptoms of heart attack? Please help me with treatment.

I am having a huge hairfall from last 1 month. My hair density has reduced by 50% in last 1 month. I got all my blood tests done for the same. Although the vitamins and blood levels are fine... I have got very high level of HS CRP tests i.e. 7.5. I am really scared what to do next as it is related with cardiovascular disease. My cholesterol, sugar and thyroid levels are all in normal range. Angiography got done on 24th Jan 18, but still there is severe pain in right arm and some swelling near the hand. Various pain killers are being taken, but no major relief.

Hi Doctors, I am suffering from chest pain for the last 1 week. Also admitted in the hospital. All reports are normal (ECG, BLOOD TEST SUGAR TEST). but still pain exist. According to my mom she had kind of crack in her heart but now she is okay. I cannot breathe properly. I do not smoke. Not sure what should I do now. What test or whom to consult who can tell all the way to find out if I am suffering just like my mom. Eye opener is my parents had been advised to abort me because of mom's heart issue but they did not. Please advise as cardiologist says I am just have stress disorder and hence pain still exist. Hello. i just got my body check report. chest x-ray report shows "there is a unfolding of the aorta" - what does this mean? also, ECG shows mild left axis deviation (AXIS = -29) - is this of particular concern? all other findings seems normal. i am a 44 years old female. thanks

Recently got my health check done.my triglycerides levels are at 450 . I exercise for 1 HR daily and eat in moderation and I am vegitarian. I had this problem 1 yr back , some doc. prescribed lipicart etc . but had severe lower right abdominal pains after taking the medication . I stopped using any and there is no pain for now . how to get cure for high triglycerides ?

I went through Bypass surgery in the month of November. I am on Acitrom. Doctor asked me keep INR value between 2 and 3. Doctor asked me to keep away from vitamin K rich diet. Please, let me know what food should I stop?
