Dear sir my son is 10 years old from last 2 months left side chest pain is continue Dr said that after investigation and examination of xray and USG . he is OK nothing major only cortical Breech in left side 5th rib on the anterior. After given some medicine for the same left to patients what after sometime again pain is continue twice in a day. Please give advice what to do cause I am very sad for the same. Im having tightness on the left of the chest along with throat blockage sensation some times I also feel like pain in the chest that last for 1 to 2 mins. I have consulted a cardio and made few tests like ecg, 2d echo, tmt and complete blood test. All the test results were normal. The doctor has came to a conclusion that it might be a panic/anxiety disorder and I've been under medication for about 15 days now. Still Im feeling chest tightness and throat blockage sensation along with breathing difficulty. What is my exact problem? Should I be concerned about my heart or is it a different problem that I've been facing? Are there any additional tests like angiogram required for me to confirm it is not related to heart problem?
