Pain in chest and left arm

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Everytime i get lind of panick and anxious, i kind of feel trembling in my hands. my voice trembles. most importantly i feel pain in my chest and left arm. also one of the vein in the left forearm bulges out sometimes. the pain in chest is like heart throbbing. what possiblu could be happening to me in such situations??
