LCx: Continuous as a major OM, Ostio proximal 40-50 % lesion, CTO at mid segment, distal vessel filling retrogradely by left system. RCA: Dominant, ostial cut off, distal vessel filling retrograde by left system. PDA: Retrograde filling.
