RCA and LAD are names of the coronary artery.
RCA-right coronary artery, LAD-Left anterior descending artery.
You shouldn't delay treatment any further now because since your LAD is affected. Not to scare you or anything, LAD is also known as widow maker's artery.
Consult a cardiologist and take his assistance.
