My fathers angiogram report (attached here) shows following observation LAD PROXIMAL 40% lesions LCX/OM mild short segmented critical disease and distal good calible vessel Rca/pda proximal minor plaque Final diagnosis DVD Doctor suggested angioplasty. He has so symptoms or chest pain yet, is his condition very serious? Planning for an angioplasty within a month. Is it enough or we need more observations? Please suggest please
