I am having pain on the left side of my chest and also in my left arms. Its not a strong pain but it happens casually, please suggest me any treatment.

Have mild pain in the chest. Both left and right side. Some times feels like blocking Some times feel like pricking. Lasts for few minutes then feel alright

I am 42 year old, male, 5'11", 315 lbs. In March of 2017, I had coronary artery bypass of my left anterior descending artery. Since, I struggled with my energy. I eat much better than I used to and quit smoking before the surgery. Since the surgery, I have gained 20 lbs. I am 5 days into a Keto diet plan. I am down 6 lbs to 309 lbs. Is this a same diet for someone like myself? Thank you.

I'm having heart rate 98 on average. Some times it is increasing to 114. I'm a teacher by the profession and I'm suffering with allergical sneezing continuously. My ENT doctor suggest anti allergic tablets (mondeslor). When I'm suffering with sneezing I use those tablets. My concern is my heart beat. Is it dangerous sir/madam?
