I am on Aspavo and blood pressure medication 10mg due to my high cholesterol level since 3 months ago, over the this period leading up to now i have been experiencing involuntary skin/muscle movement randomly on my body for a brief moment.

So I’m very scared that I have heart problems, I’ll be fine but I’ll get anxiety and feel light headed, and I just checked my pulse and it went from fine to really fast to almost nothing in a matter of maybe 10 seconds, could this also be from the anxiety about my heart health, I was exercising earlier and I could hear my heart rate which I know is normal and it was completely consistent, all I want to know is if this sounds like an anxiety symptom or something more serious

I have been having pain in my left armpit since 5 days it's feels spicy n I feel very weak my left hand. I am taking high blood pressure medicine 5mg since 2 years.

I'm having high cholesterol now because of family history. I'm 26 years old, 73kg and 6' tall. Right now I have a total cholesterol of around 280 and LDL 220, and 40 HDL. Can I switch to e-cigarettes? Is that much safer? Does nicotine have a direct effect on cholesterol? I had anger issues last time I tried to quit. I'm again on that quitting attempt phase. Not sure how long I can hold on. What would you recommend?
