I checked my lipid profile . My total cholesterol 191, LDL direct 105, vldl 46, hdl direct 41, triglycerides 233 I am worried . Is this high if so wat medication to take to reduce cholesterol and I have hypothyroid so taking 75 mcg.

No any symptom but RHD
Age 30 female diagnosesed with RHD my 2d echo is showing MVA is 1.3 cm2 and moderate MS moderate PAH mild MR Mild TR Mild AR should I required valve repairs or any medications.I also want to become pregenent b/c my first pregenency is misscurrage in first trimister
