My mom was diagnosed that she have Borderline Cardiomegaly in her x-ray test. May I know what is this all about?

The problem began in july of 2017.i had taken a drop for jee exam and suffered a panick attack.After that chest pains started along with breath shortness.2 ecg and 2 echo clear.thyroid normal.after that chest pain continued.In january 2018 left arm pain started which was very bad.after that dizziness started.Seen almost 10 doctors.all put it to anxiety.I am a hypochondriac .went to psychiatrist he gave meds for anxiety,ocd and dep.i am currently not taking them as it didnt suited me.pls help.

I have been suffering from regular moving chest pain since january. I went to Ganga Ram Hospital ,New Delhi there they diagnosed with ECG,LIPID PROFILE,THYROID, USG Whole abdomen ,CHEST X RAY and all we're normal, and advised it is due to gas. I am taking pan 40 tab but still not relievef

Respected sir, I(age-33)am having low intensity sweet pain in the left side of chest since one year. Using antacid sometimes and getting some relief. Now undergone ECG and Echo both are normal. Further undergone TMT test, which reports is as below. Exercise time-09:42 min Max HR attained-182 bpm Max B.P -160/90 mmHg Max workload attained-12.1 METs(good effort tolerance) TMT is moderately positive for inducible ischemia with good effort tolerance. Cholesterol is 244 LDL is 172 Hdl-42.

High level of Homocycteine (46.4 µmol/L) and high level of High-sensitivity c-reactive protein(7.3mg/L) Lipoprotein A is normal 5.7mg/dl Total cholestrol 167 , HDL 37, LDL 106, Triglycerides 85. Age 29 Male. Is this a reason to worry about heart.
