My left shoulder is painting and arm also. Is it heart attack pre symptom. It is for last 2 to 3 days. Kindly guide. What needs to be done.

I feel my heart beat on chest and on throat at rest all the time.if i drink alcohol the next day it become worse. in gym also if i lift i feel lightheaded and suffocated..

For the last week have been getting very frequent palpitations. Doctor gave me beta blockers which have helped but still getting them daily. Without the tablets I get runs of them that really scare me. My pulse rate is usually 90-100bpm. When I check my pulse I can feel the odd skipped beat ECGs today have shown incomplete right bundle branch block, as did an ECG I had in 2013. Doctor not concerned but I am. Sir, I'm 20 year old I'm suffering form high blood pressure since last year.. when I take medicine it lows to 120/80 but again increases to 130/80 or sometime 140/90 . Sir please suggest me what should I do to keep bp normal without taking medicine at this age. I do exercises regularly.
