Could you please have a look and let me know if the following problem can be diagnosed successfully? I am being asked for surgery which they say will cost more the 2lacks. I would like to explore for more options as 2 lacks is too much for me. Thank you.

Hi I am Dheeraj.... I have pain in left shoulder and left side of chest... I was suggested for LPf and thyroid and ecg and echo.. All were normal... But pain continues.. I went for Mri of spine.
