My father has LVEF =35% according to the 2D echo report. specially in night , he has a hard pain in chest and he also has cafs. I need to know what treatment is needed for this. Also is there any need of angiography. in 2011, my father kidney tranplant was sucess..the main problem is my father is a ckd patient with 7.20 creatinine before 1 year. he's kidneys are fail after that he is go for dialysis twice in week. so now he is in serious condition?? what is exact solution of my father problem??

How can we avoid the hypertension in case of any heart disease or failure If LVEF 50% then it is OK or not what is the limit for LVEF

As I have already discussed I have regular mild moving chest pain sometimes in upper abdomen, sometimes in the left and sometimes in right. I have completed required test I,e ECG, CHEST X RAY, LIPID PROFILE, USG ABDOMEN, THYROID and test for RBC AND WBC everything is normal. Doctors suggested to take PAN 40 as the pain is due gas. I am taking PAN 40 regularly still I am not relieved. I have not experienced any fever since I experiencing the mild pain. Please advise what medicine should I take.

Question - Can rock salt intake cause weight loss dramatically? My father (54 years old) is a heart patient. He takes Rock Salt instead of Table salt for past 2 years. We have noticed that he has lost weight and become very lean. Can the kind of salt intake cause such weight loss?

I have chest pain from last 6 months. I went through ecg, echo, and TMT test. ecg and echo tests are normal. Some doctors said TMT is negative and some doctors said TMT is positive for same TMT. Even doctors in pgi saiyning that TMT is negative and one doctor in fortis hospital said that tmt is postive. I got confused that what I have to do now.
