I have been experiencing anxiety problems following the death of my dad recently and my bp showed at 180/120 on 29th March. Since then am on medication of Aten 50 and 25 MG morning and evening but for the period the bp was hovering between 160 and 140 and again shot up to 170 on 18th April. I changed the doctor and he advised met xl am 25 and amlong 5 for morning and evening but on the fourth day I experienced discomfort and had little bleeding from my nose. I stopped medication. What do I do?

Moderate positive TMT. CT Angio showing 80-90 % focal stenosis in LAD. Stress Thallium showing normal in all territories. IsAngiogram advised in this situation ? No symptoms of angina pain .
