Heart Problems & Remedies

My Father suffered a heart attack in 2014. His recent eco report shows mild concentric luv hypertrophy, Grade 1 LV diastolic dysfunction. LVEF is 75%. MV: A>E, AV: Normal, PV: Normal,TV: Normal, TDI: E/E' 10.18. Can you please explain the report?

I have got my heart check up many times but everytime doctor told me that there is no problem. However I am always on high blood pressure, if at eat something spicy my heart Starts to beat fast I precipitate and I get abnormal feeling like slight pain in heart, Left arm experience mild pain etc. Is this Psyclogical or what should I do next since I have visited best doctors in the town for treatment. Thanks!

Am on Isosorbide mono nitrate (90 mg) ,(, Metoprolol succinate (75 mg), Losartan (100mg) omeprazole (20mg), TIROsint (75mcg) Amlodipine (3.7 mg). Amlodipine side effects bleeding,disorientation,balance problems, extreme dry eye,mouth,nose. Ferritin level 635. Recent Infusion series of five I believe exacerbated BP balance . MD wants to increase amlodipine. Is there any other drug that I can try? He will not raise others.

Is HDl level 39 , LDL level 180 is an issue? Does red wine really work for this. Is medication required?

My father age 63. He had mild heart attack. We did anjio kept stem. After tht he was normal for ten days. Then he had stroke. Due to which he couldn't talk properly. He can walk talk but unable to spk. Now again he is getting fever very often. He is getting ecups even for three days continues. Ecups stops for five days again getting ecups continues for two or three days. Doc saying we need to do blood culture and find out why he is getting fever and ecups . Sometimes they say if people get stroke ecups wil come lik this. Some times they say it may be any infection due to which he gets fever and ecups. It would be great if Abu one can suggest . And say why they asking to do blood culture. Wat is tht all abt
