I have breath problem what is the test name.when I go up stairs I have very breathe problem

I am 42 year old, male, 5'11", 315 lbs. In March of 2017, I had coronary artery bypass of my left anterior descending artery. Since, I struggled with my energy. I eat much better than I used to and quit smoking before the surgery. Since the surgery, I have gained 20 lbs. I am 5 days into a Keto diet plan. I am down 6 lbs to 309 lbs. Is this a same diet for someone like myself? Thank you.

My ENT doctor suggest anti allergic tablets (mondeslor). When I'm suffering with sneezing I use those tablets. My concern is my heart beat. Is it dangerous sir/madam?

I am 31 years old..i am having pain in my left arm and left side chest and sometimes right side too...tmt and ecg both are normal and blood pressure is also normal.. but pain does not goes away....some doctor said thai i have erd some said its cervical....i am very upset pls suggest

My heart is like burning and i done ECG, ECHO 2d, and TMT test all are fine, but still i feel the same, doctor told your heart is functioning well and no tablet required and no treatment, sometime my heart is pinching and going i dont know whether it is a gastric problem or acidity. if yes could please suggest an medication.

Yesterday I felt uneasiness after lunch. Then I waited till 5pm in the hope that it's just that I am panicking but at 5:30 I did not wait and went to a MD. He told me for an ECG. In my report it has been written that Moderate T-wave abnormality, consider anterior ischemia[-0.1+ mV T-wave in V3/V4] Abnormal ECG. Could you please help me on this. Please suggest whether I should meet a cardiologist for this or not. Whether the report mentions any serious things related to me. Is there anything to be worried about??
