I usually feel my heart beating too fast and I will die . Pl help me . I am facing this issue from past 1 week

BP not controlled after medication. Max bp recorded-210/120 mmHg. Echo,ECG normal. CBC, Serum creatinine, sodium-potassium normal.

I am having chest pain from about 3 months I am 18 yrs old and pain in back. I got check up with doctors and I am having ecg and eco reports which is normal so please help me to cure this problem

I started having chest pain about 2 hours ago. I am an 18 year old female. It feels like aching and hurts when I breath deep or lean forward. I have never had heart burn so I was concerned about the pain. How do I know if its heart burn or if I need to go to the doctor?

I have heart palpitations occasionally only during night time.. i had treatment at opd of holy spirit hospital in 2008. they gave medicine for uric acid and rivotril to take in emergency i did so for 2 years. but i was not fully cured when i have palpitations,it doesnt stop, i have to take half a rivotril of 0.5mg... but palpitations is manageable.. i have gas problem since childhood, occasionally i take long walks and burp away gas ,to feel good..

I am having heart palpitations.. I had an echo test the result were normal . Doctor said no cardiac issue .. still I am having chest pain and uncomfortable feeling . Doctor said it is due to stress and anxiety. How can I get I'd of such.doctors also said it is not chest pain but muscles pain.
