Sir,my age is 29 and I am having high blood pressure since one month,and I have no side effects,it is recommended to do heavy exercises like speed running and sprintings or can I stick to moderate exercises

My dad is 52 yrs old, had undergone 2d echo test bcoz of his falling BP. Reports say 1. Sclerotic aortic valve - no AS/AR 2. LV diastolic dysfunction 3. Normal LV systolic function EF 60% 4. No regional wall motions abnormalities at rest Aortic root is 2 cm What does all this mean ? Is there anything to be worried about ?
