I had undergone PTCA in july 2016.Post PTCA cardiologist prescribed Deplatt CV 10, Monit GTN6.4 and BP medicine as AMLODAC 5/50. For diabetes, ZITA PLUS 20, 1 week back i got admitted in local hospital with nausea, bitter taste in mouth. Doctor dignosed it as Acute gastritis and advised to discontinue Aspirin and continue with clopidogrel only. My blood test reveals that platelet count is 1,10,000. Kindly advise whether it is safe to discontinue Aspirin 75 or go for lower dose of aspirinsay 50 or 25 for a cardiac patient like me.

Hi, My husband was diagnosed with SVT condition in Nov 2017. We were abroad at that time and doctors there suggested to go for Laser ablasion. But we didnt do it as we were not sure about going for it. He was under medication for 10 days post which doctor suggested to stop as he is young. He is 29 years old.
