Sharp stabbing chest pain
Hello, I was prescribed propanolol 10mg for anxiety. I have only needed to take it on occasion which Really helped. However, I now am in the position that I need to take it everyday. I have been taking it for a week now and have begun to feel sharp stabbing pain in center of chest that radiates to the back. I do not know if this is anxiety or a real issue. I am a healthy 26 year old male. I have a resting heart rate ranging from 52-56bpm that drops in 40s. Past medical gastroparesis.

Heart beat is this because of propranolol. This  pain is not cardiac pain. Show to psychiatrist so that He can counsel you and prescribe other antianxiolytics to help you out
