High pulse rate and high diastolic press
For last six months my diastolic pressure remains between 95 to 106 and systolic pressure between 118 to 135. Pulse rate always remain between 95 to 113. I feel heavy at heart and short breath sometimes. Whenever high I used to take half tablet nebistar h and some times anxit tablet but not together. Please advise

Your have high blood pressure and need to take regular medications. Get a 2D Echo done to see effect of this blood pressure on your heart
