Age 30 female diagnosesed with RHD my 2d echo is showing MVA is 1.3 cm2 and moderate MS moderate PAH mild MR Mild TR Mild AR should I required valve repairs or any medications.I also want to become pregenent b/c my first pregenency is misscurrage in first trimister

With this it looks difficult to continue pregnancy, first get balloon mitral valvotomy for the valve than conceive. Medications also needed , need to show to a cardiologist
