  4. RHD with Ms. Stenosis to live long life?

Hello sir, I have 2 questions (1)I have sever mitral stenosis, then 2020 BMV done , then Mva (1.9). Now again my MVA 1.3 I doing to surgery, but doctor said not need surgery, atlist not 3-4 year. Can I visit others hospital to surgery or my doctor say right. (2)which precautions take  in mitral stenosis to Live long life??

MVA of 1.3 Is not the indication for mitral valve replacement surgery. Also LA size needs to be evaluated + atrial fibrillation present or not ! You can always have a second third and fourth opinion
