Heart Problems & Remedies

My left jugular vein periodically becomes engorged and extremely visible (think JVD but left side only). It occurs always when I lift my left arm above my head and my arm feels like it is falling asleep after enough time. A CTA of my chest showed nothing. There are certain days when it pops out more than others. I have been burping a lot, my resting heart rate is 45 but when I run even a little it goes up to the high 180s . I had Nuss procedure when 8yo and have multiple neck injuries.

I am feeling my left chesy is swelled up. What it can be..also please let me know which test i should go for.

I am RAVI, 51, Male. I have an extra electric path way in my heart. My heart beats very hard. If I walk fast, or climb steps my heart beats 180 to 220 beats per minute. I can't afford ablation. Is there any medicine? I shall be very grateful if you prescribe any medicine. So far I did not use any medicine. Just suffering.

Hi, I've been suffering from left chest squeezing , neck pain, arm pain ,breathless from few months. Had ECG, echo, tmt, CT coronary all normal, also holter for 3 days normal. What is the chance to could be variant angina? I have difficulty breathing after meal, tiredness, breathless on talking.
