I took 20mg of propanolol this morning, drank a lot during the day, and took 10mg of propanolol tonight. Now my throat is very tight, almost like it’s closing up. Should I go to the hospital or is it okay?

I am a patient of rheumatic fever. it occured since 4 months before. can i go to gym and keep my fitness.

When I'm lying on my left side there is a sharp pain in my left chest and I have trouble breathing but when i sit down or change my position the pain is still there but reduces very much.

Hello sir, I've been having sharp chest pain when I lie down and when I lie on my left side the pain increases tremendously. It increases so much that I have difficulty in breathing. I have to sit down and breath slowly and as and when my lungs are about to be filled the lain gradually increases. When in left side it becomes unbearable. The pain is very sharp and becomes unbearable sometimes. Please help me.

My 3 year son has multiple VSD , max size 4.3 mm . Eco is done by paediatric cardiologists. He asked us to visit every after 6 months for eco and there is nothing to worry. Looking for 2nd opinion
