What should be the diet for a blood pressure patient. My mummy have high blood pressure from 5 year almost. Cilacar 10 is prescribed by doctor. I just wants to know what type of diet should be maintained ( indian diet) for mainitaining blood pressure?

Can a 4mm PDA hole in the heart close on its own after 2 months of the baby is born ? Please explain me I'm worried

My baby was born with a 4mm PDA and ASD in her heart. I’m catching up with the peadiateician regularly and the reports says “First heart normal and second heart sounds. No Murmur”. Now she is 2 months and 10 days old. Is there any possibility of the holes to close by itself? A 4mm PDA is a serious problem?
