I am a 25 year old male. I have been having pain near the heart area and chest. and for past few days at a particular spot under the heart area. because of which I feel little uneasy. this is happening for past one week and increases at night. Is it a gastric problem or should I worry about heart problems ?

My mother weighs 106 kgs even though she eats very less. Still she is a very active lady.
