I have bump on my left chest...difficulty on breathing if pressed, sometimes it decreases.. i am confused whether its swelling caused due to palpitations or something else...

I am looking at my 2D Echo and it state AV mildly thickened, MV with trace of MR and TV with trace of TR. What causes this and how do I improve this thickening and trace? If it can't be improved, how do I prevent it from getting worse? I have a RBBB without any significant reason. I am 55 year old white woman. Also, how do I get definitions for my report? i.e AO sinus, AoV Vmax, etc?

I've experiencing sharp pain in heart every month. The pain is so sharp that I cry out and then it's fades away. After that I have sudden twitches kind of in left arm and heaviness. I'm 23 years old female. I know there is less chance of Atherosclerosis. Can you tell me the cause?

Hello Doctor, As I am trying to evaluate different options for my Dad, doctors told me to go for CABG instead of EECP, so I researched a bit more on CABG and found MICS. So in my dad's case who has 90% block in RA and 90% and 70% block in LAD with a smaller block of 50-60% in the area near to arota in LAD. So in this case is MICS possible as he is not having any other issues with good heart function.

What should I do , how to reduce . Bitamin B D is also very low I,e 8.46 Pls revert  how to maintain the level of these two
