I am diagnosed with DVT in left legs. Last time when it happened i took clexane 0.6 ml injection single dose per for 5 days and warfarin from 3rd day onward. This time prescribed with double dose of clexane 0.6 ml injection and instead of warfarin two other medicine namely ecosprin OD and dabigo110 mg BD has been prescribe but it's third day and after 5 injection my pain getting worser. I was able to walk 2 days before but now I am not even to do so
Shall I change my medicine to warfarin n clexane again as it suited me last time.

Dabigatran is better than warfarin . But it’s dose is suboptimal in ur case. It should be given in full dose of 150 mg BD if ur body weight is more than 60 kgs. Consult ur doctor and raise ur concerns
