DVT with protein S deficiency

Hello doctor, I'm 31 years old & lives in Navi Mumbai. I'm suffering from DVT with protein S deficiency. I'm taking some medicines e.g Xarelto , pregated. But from last 4 to 5 days I'm not taking medicines. So I don't what to do further. So I have to know from your side in what time to take DVT cure.

Since u have protein S deficiency and already one episode of DVT. U Wil be required to take medication for long. Have a regular follow up with your CARDIOLOGIST for the same. N restart the medicine.

You have to take medicine for a minimum of 6 months, but if their is any residual DVT on colur doppler USG or their are any symptoms(like pain or swelling) ,you will have to continue longer
