I have done Lipoprotein (a) test and result is Lp(a) - 47.2 So it is normal or I have to take medicine

My heart rate is 44 - 52 in rest mode and blood pressure is 100sys 60dys.. I am suffering from mild headache throughout the day and also feel weak.. I consulted neurologist but he found everything fine in EEG and MRI BRAIN. Now what should I do? Already consulted many doctors but not getting any solution. Greetings to you doctor. I have got to know that I have TRIVIAL MR. Is that curable or is it permanent ?? I mean will food diet cure it ?? Or only treatment can do that ?? Cause i have seen in internet where a guy is fine now following a diet for curing Mild MR. If there is any way by which we can cure trival MR please suggest me.. My age is 23 and i am sooo worried about that. I dont know what is happening to me..I dont know if TRIVAL MR is considered serious or its just common for everyone. I have attached my 2D echo report.
