I feel like my heart stops beating for a second. Earlier it happened rarly but now it is happening twice or thrice daily. Sometimes the heart rate also increases.

I am experiencing a strange thing some one close who was also my smoking partner experienced a major cardiac arrest to which he responded well and reached hospital in time and was saved now psycologically i am also experience a fear that i may also have a similar issue to which i may/may not respond as we both were smokers so in fear i feel that i am having similar symptoms even if i feel that my left hand is getting numb which i really dont know wether it is getting in actuals or not i even have started to take a small baby aspirin to control my fear after which i become normal and fee safe.
