Doctor what are the symptoms of thyroid issues. 1 month before i feel heart beats and my doctor give norton 10 mg tabs and tryptomer.

Same time i filling chest pain and hand pain left side. My ecg tmt echo esr cbc hiv xray are normal. But i finning pain every day. Sane time i filling its so bad. I middle of chest and upper side chest its sutting pain chumbhan. Pls help me. And give me suggest whay are i filling pain all day.its not go right side only i filling left side. I filling pain since 2yrs. 2015 to may 2018 i visit doctor 50 to 60 time. They say its not related heart pain but I can't satisfied. I filling so bad.
