  4. Pain on left side of chest in sleeping.

Pain on left side of chest in sleeping
I have a pain on my left side for 2- 3 year but feel very comfortable after the exercise. About week ago my doctor took the ECG which is normal. Mostly I feel pain when I am in sleeping position.
