Arteries blockage
After angiography test, it seems that he has bloackage of 100% in his to arteries, and 95% in his third arteries, only one vein is working properly. I want to know whether he should go for bypass surgery or angioplasty? Which one is more effective and extended the lifespan!p

Would require exact angio report and videos to comment . However going by what u have written bypass surgery would be a better option
